Early Dawes

Early Dawes grass-roots cross-country mountain bike race.

Where:Walton Woods, Staffs

About Early Dawes

From the people who brought you some other events from some other fields (such as Mountain Mayhem, Sleepless in the Saddle and Enduro6) comes a brand new grassroots cross country race.

The event will be held in the grounds of the popular venue of Catton Park, utilising a number of new tracks in the little used Walton Woods area to create a course with enough interest and variation to cater for first timers and experienced racers alike.

With help from Dawes we are able to offer an event of great quality, with all the attention to detail and level of facilities that Pro-Velo Support events are renowned for. Dawes will be on site displaying their new range as well as displays from Crank Brothers, Clif Bar, Singletrack and Swinnerton’s Cycles.

Event Details

The lap will be relatively short and fast to ensure some exhilarating racing. The races will be contested over a set number of laps and by age/ability categories with British Cycling National Ranking Points available.
